We cater to each client's individual requirements and do not restrict ourselves to a set list of services. We are always happy to add services to our ever growing list, so please do contact us if you have any new requests!

Management Fee

In order to guarantee an exclusive level of service, we charge a yearly management fee calculated according to the number of hours invoiced per year. Included in the management fee is the booking of anything from restaurants to ski guides:
CHF 1000- per year per chalet for up to 100 hours of invoiced services
CHF 1800- per year per chalet for more than 100 hours of invoiced services

A sample of our typical services

Cleaners Our cleaning team continues to raise the bar and excel in their area. They will get to know your chalet inside out from specific products to be used to what degree your sheets should be washed at. We want you to have confidence that your home will be looked after as you would do so yourself. CHF 40- per hour

Laundrette Our new very central laundrette offers maximum efficiency and proper customer service. We intend to run this laundrette for a few select people only so you can trust we are giving your laundry our undivided attention!

Private Chefs We continue to offer a range of chefs to suit all tastes: from good home cooking to fine dining, from party catering to meal deliveries. We also organise events from A to Z including decoration, entertainment and food and drink, at home or at your choice of location. Price on request

Babysitters We have a list of babysitters which we have personally vetted and would highly recommend. Please note that we require in writing any instructions that are specific to your child. CHF 40- per hour

Shopping This is a very popular option especially for those of you who arrive late at night. We will ensure that your shopping is delivered and put away prior to your arrival. We are also happy to shop for you during your stay. CHF 55- per hour

Snow Clearing We are happy to arrange for seasonal subscriptions or ad hoc snow clearance and gardening. CHF 65- per hour

Post checking We will check your post on a regular basis, and forward on any mail. We can also pay invoices for you. Post checking once a week CHF 520- per year

Massage We have tried and tested a range of masseuses from sports masseuses to shiatsu experts and are happy to book someone to suit your needs. Most masseuses will do house visits. Massages prices from CHF 130- per massage

Wine Cellar Stocking We can arrange for a local wine supplier to do an at-home wine tasting and to keep your cellar stocked up with your personal favourites throughout the year. Details available on request

Project Management If you are planning any renovations or have any other upcoming projects we are on hand to see them through from start to finish. Quote on request

Event Organisation Are you planning a work trip to Verbier or a surprise birthday weekend? We can organise everything from start to finish including booking heli-skiing, top restaurants, guides, in-house massages: everything to make your stay memorable.
