The person behind the service
Your sole contact: Nicola.
Nicola runs First Resort. After ten years in London working in law and financial headhunting, she moved to Verbier to work as an assistant hotel manager, then worked as a chef and chalet manager for a luxury ski company before starting First Resort to offer private owners the same standard.
Over two decades of administration and hospitality later, her approach is still the same: talking to everyone, knowing every trade in the valley, and answering the phone personally.

We hear about properties before they are listed.
Our network means we often know about sales and rentals before they reach the open market — which is usually when the good ones go.
If you want to rent your chalet out, we can act as concierge and hire full-time staff to look after it. We already know your property, so the handover to rental clients is one conversation, not a project.
