About us
First Resort is a small, hard-working service firm based in Verbier. Established in 2005, the company was formed to
provide top-notch, reliable services to luxury chalet owners. We quickly discovered that our services were also well suited to small and medium sizes local company owned or control by foreign shareholders and have now expanded into this sector.
The company is run by Nicola Burstall and Olivier Reullon who have accumulated a wealth of knowledge of Verbier and suppliers, due to their combined 20 years experience in Verbier and Switzerland.
Nicola
Otherwise known in the office as the networker, Nicola’s charm and willingness to talk to anyone and everyone has been key to building our large local network base.
Nicola has 20 years experience in administration and hospitality. After 10 years in London working in such fast paced industries as the legal sector and financial headhunting she opted to move to Verbier to help manage the newest addition to a luxury ski company’s portfolio. After two years working variously as hotel manager and chef, she realised there was a gap in the market offering similar services to private chalet owners.
Although English is her mother tongue she is bilingual in French and also speaks Spanish and Italian. She enjoys skiing, skinning, yoga and biking and playing dinosaurs with her two boys! Helping clients to get the most out of Verbier and the great people she encounters is what drives her to get out of bed each day.
